DESCRIPTION:This workshop is organized by VI-HPS for the French PRACE Advan
 ced Training Centre\, and will be hosted by the ROMEO Regional Computing 
 Center in Reims : its aim is to give an overview of the VI-HPS programmin
 g tools suite explain the functionality of individual tools\, and how to u
 se them effectively offer hands-on experience and expert assistance using 
 the tools\n\nPresentations and hands-on sessions are on the following topi
 cs:\n\nSetting up\, welcome and introduction\n	Score-P instrumentation and
  measurement\n	Scalasca performance analysis toolset\n	Vampir trace analys
 is toolset\n	TAU performance system\n	MAQAO performance analysis and optim
 ization toolset Measurement &amp\; analysis of heterogeneous\n	HPC systems
  using accelerators\nThe workshop will be held in English and run from 09:
 00 to not later than 18:00 each day\, with breaks for lunch and refreshmen
 ts.\n\nThere is no fee for participation\, however\, participants are resp
 onsible for their own travel and accommodation.\n\nClassroom capacity is l
 imited\, therefore priority will be given to applicants with MPI\, OpenMP 
 and hybrid OpenMP+MPI parallel codes already running on the workshop compu
 ter systems\, and those bringing codes from similar systems to work on.\n\
