 n be hugely detrimental – leading to stress\, anxiety and mental health 
 problems. As we are seeing in the news\, it can be deeply corrosive and da
 maging if these behaviours and attitudes are normalised over time. That’
 s why it’s essential for everyone to know how to speak up when problems 
 arise.\n\nThis innovative and award-winning training gives you the skills 
 to challenge unacceptable behaviours\, including those which may have beco
 me normalised over time.\n\nPlease note that this talk may contain potenti
 ally sensitive content.\n\nWe will organize several sessions - in English 
 and in Dutch - in 2023\, so that everybody gets the chance to join for one
  of these sessions. Please note that the content will be the same for all 
 sessions and that these are comparable to the talk given by Scott Solder d
 uring the VIB seminar in 2022.
