We are now in the final stages of developing a brand-new API for BacDive, which will enable users to perform automated, advanced queries across all BacDive data fields, including newly integrated genome annotation data.

In this workshop, we will introduce the new API, demonstrate its capabilities, and showcase two additional recent additions to BacDive: the GenomeBrowser and a global Genomic Feature Search.

Join us to explore how these tools can enhance your research workflows, and take part in an interactive session with opportunities for discussions and to questions.

We look forward to hearing your thoughts, ideas, and feedback!
