 ough the Bioconductor project for manipulating and analysing high-throughp
 ut sequencing (HTS) data. We will present workflows for the analysis of Ch
 IP-Seq and RNA-seq data starting from aligned reads in bam format. We will
  also describe the various resources available through Bioconductor to ann
 otate and visualize HTS data\, which can be applied to any type of sequenc
 ing experiment.\n\nDuring this course you will learn about: \n*Quality ass
 essment of raw sequencing reads and aligned reads using R.\n*Differential 
 expression analysis using edgeR and DEseq.\n*Annotating HTS results with B
 ioconductor.\n*Importing ChIP-Seq peaks and performing downstream analysis
