DESCRIPTION:PLEASE NOTE that until further notice\, due to the evolving sit
uation with Coronavirus no courses will be offered as classroom based at t
he Training Facility. The Bioinformatics Team will be teaching the course
live online in conjunction with the presenters.\n\n[SeqMonk](http://www.bi
oinformatics.babraham.ac.uk/projects/seqmonk/) is a graphical program for
the visualisation and analysis of large mapped sequencing datasets such as
ChIP-Seq\, RNA-Seq\, and BS-Seq. \n\nThe program allows you to view your
reads against an annotated genome and to quantitate and filter your data t
o let you identify regions of interest. It is a friendly way to explore an
d analysis very large datasets.\n\nThis course provides an introduction to
the main features of SeqMonk and will run through the analysis of a coupl
e of different datasets to show what sort of analysis options it provides.
  \n\nFurther information is available [here](http://www.bioinformatics.bab
raham.ac.uk/training.html#seqmonk).\n\nPlease note that if you are not eli
gible for a University of Cambridge [Raven](http://www.ucs.cam.ac.uk/docs/
