DESCRIPTION:This course will introduce plant biologists to methods and appr
 oaches for analysing the genomic data. Over the duration of the course\, p
 articipants will learn how to study comparative genomics using Ensembl\, a
 nalyse variation data (including the Ensembl Variant Effect Predictor and 
 the European Variation Archive)\, and concepts of genome wide association 
 studies (GWAS). The content will also explain how to make use of existing 
 public data\, retrieve\, submit and share your discoveries with the commun
 ity.
