DESCRIPTION:This highly interactive virtual workshop takes place within the

 ners with knowledge\, skills\, guidance and tips for developing and delive
 ring training. Trainees will explore a range of methods to enable and enco
 urage learning\, examine the requirements for a successful course and acqu
 ire appropriate feedback. The workshop itself will depend on trainee parti
 cipation in group activities.\n\nThe workshop will:\n\n- provide guidance 
 on general training techniques and appropriate use of methods based on lea
 rner needs\, including some general 'DO's' and 'DO NOTs' for successful tr
 aining\n- provide a framework for successful curriculum design and further
  development\, to enable trainers to build a course appropriate to their l
 earners' needs\n\nThe workshop will take place virtually via [Zoom](https
