 in hands-on sessions.\n\nLearning goals:\nParticipants will learn to use t
 he tools panacus (pangenome diversity analysis)\, Corer (pangenomic core d
 etection)\, PLAST (querying a graphical pangenome) and SANS (phylogenomic 
 reconstruction).\n\nPrerequisites:\nInterested participants should have a 
 basic understanding of Linux operating systems to participate in hands-on
