 r usage in hands-on sessions.\n\nLearning goals:\nParticipants will learn 
 to use the tools Pangrowth (pangenome diversity analysis)\, Corer (pangeno
 mic core detection)\, PLAST (sequence-to-graph local alignment)\, SANS (ph
 ylogenomic reconstruction)\, and mice (synteny block detection).\n\nPrereq
 uisites:\nInterested participants should have a basic understanding of Lin
 ux operating systems to participate in hands-on sessions of the workshop.\
