DESCRIPTION:Aims of the course:\n• Learn the basic principles of the CRIS
 PR/Cas9 toolbox\n• Learn the applications of the CRISPR/Cas9 toolbox in 
 different model systems (human\, plant and yeast/bacteria)\n• Learn how 
 to design guide-RNAs\n• Learn how to perform a CRISPR/Cas9 experiment on
  human cells\n• Learn how to analyze a CRISPR/Cas9 experiment\n• Learn
  about the newest tools in CRISPR/Cas technology\n\nParticipants:\nThis co
 urse has been developed for technicians and teachers from universities of 
 applied sciences\, and all other laboratory technicians interested or invo
 lved in the CRISPR/Cas9 technology. Participants are expected to bring the
 ir own laptop: (PC or Mac) as this will be needed for the course.\n\nCours
 e structure:  \nWe offer a 2-day course consisting of a series of lectures
  and "hands-on" experiments and computer assignments. All participants wil
 l receive a course manual.
