 s\, and one of the most popular tools in data science. This course will gi
 ve you a working knowledge of R and RStudio\, the accompanying IDE\, as we
 ll as an overview of some common "data wrangling" tasks and analysis metho
 ds and how to perform them using R.\n\nThe course consists of a flexible c
 ombination of lectures\, examples and exercises with an emphasis on hands-
 on experience. If you have any data of your own that you would like to wor
 k on\, you are warmly welcome to bring it along.\n\nLearning outcome\n\nAf
 ter the course you should be able to learn more advanced R usage and figur
 e out how to apply new methods on your own. \n\nPrerequisites\n\nBasic und
 erstanding of programming in general is assumed\, but no prior experience 
 with R is expected. Basic understanding of statistics is recommended. \n\n
