  conducting differential analysis of high-throughput quantitative proteomi
 cs data using R. Starting with an introduction to the widely-used statisti
 cal programming language\, no prior experience with R is necessary.\nParti
 cipants will gain an understanding of the statistical concepts behind the 
 methods used\, enabling them to critically evaluate both their own workflo
 ws and those found in published studies. Key topics covered will include:
