DESCRIPTION:The 11th ELIXIR All Hands meeting will take place from 2 to 5 J
 une 2025 in Thessaloníki\, Greece. This is a highly anticipated annual ev
 ent for members of the ELIXIR community from across the ELIXIR Nodes and c
 ollaborators from partner organisations. It is an opportunity to review EL
 IXIR’s recent achievements and activities\, and to discuss future plans
 .\n\nAll Hands is a face-to-face meeting and the programme is focused on t
 hose attending in person. However\, remote access to workshops will be pos
 sible\, as well as limited access to the rest of the programme. These deta
 ils will be confirmed closer to the event.\n\nWorkshop proposals call\n\nT
 he All Hands programme will include a series of engaging workshops selecte
 d from those proposed by the ELIXIR community. We welcome proposals from a
 ll ELIXIR Platforms\, Communities\, Focus Groups and Node Officers (Node\,
  Technical and Training Coordinators). Workshops should address cross-cutt
 ing themes which benefit from collaboration across the ELIXIR ecosystem. 
 \n\nWorkshop format\n\nDuration: 90 minutes\n	Capacity: Up to 25 workshops
 \, running in parallel (up to five at a time)\n	Format: Hybrid (on-site pa
 rticipation by workshop leads\, with remote attendee options)\n\nWhy submi
 t a workshop proposal?\n\nWorkshops are an opportunity to:\n\n\n	Tackle a 
 challenge that benefits from the input of specific cross-sections of ELIXI
 R (e.g. Platforms\, Communities\, Focus Groups\, Projects and Node organis
 ations)\n	Build connections between different sets of ELIXIR members\, enc
 ouraging them to engage with activities across the organisation\n	Deliver 
 actionable outcomes that support the ELIXIR Scientific Programme\n\n\nAs w
 ell as workshops\, the programme will feature a smaller number of mini-sym
 posia exploring higher-level topics. Workshops should complement rather th
 an replicate these sessions by focusing on in-depth discussions and collab
 orative problem-solving rather than strategic planning.\n\nEvaluation crit
 eria\n\nThe All Hands Programme Committee will evaluate submissions based 
 on the following criteria:\n\n\n	Demonstrate a clear alignment with at lea
 st one of the four Strategic Tiers (Science\, Technology\, Nodes and Peopl
 e)\n	Require collaboration across multiple ELIXIR groups (Platforms\, Comm
 unities\, Focus Groups) to address a shared scientific or technical challe
 nge connected to ELIXIR’s core mission\n	Need dynamic input and interact
 ion from participants\, with a focus on collaborative problem-solving\, di
 scussion or brainstorming\, rather than passive presentations\n	Have clear
  goals and a potential for meaningful outcomes relevant to the ELIXIR Scie
 ntific Programme and Commissioned Services\n\n\nRequirements for workshop 
 leads \n\nThe lead and co-lead of each selected workshop are expected to 
 attend the meeting in person\, as attendance allocations will only be rese
 rved for these two leads.\n	Other participants must register in the usual 
 way\, with the option to participate remotely.\n	Proposals must include a 
 description of the session’s virtual components\, ensuring meaningful en
