DESCRIPTION:The ELIXIR Biodiversity Community F2F/hybrid meeting and Implem
 entation Study meeting takes place from 12:00 CEST on Wednesday 13 Septemb
 er 2023 to 15:00 CEST on Friday 15 September 2023. This meeting is plann
 ed as a hybrid meeting\, with the F2F component in Barcelona and combines 
 the Community F2F meeting as well as an Implementation Study meeting.The i
 nitial session will also be a joint session with the emerging Microbiome/
 Marine Metagenomics Community.\n\nDuring the meeting the Community will co
 me together to discuss ongoing activities\, possible engagement in the 202
 4-2028 ELIXIR Scientific Programme (lunch to lunch\, Wednesday to Thursday
 ) and use the time to work on and discuss progress on the Implementation S
 tudy (lunch to lunch Thursday to Friday). \n\nThe meeting will include pr
 esentations\, workshops and participant engagement\, the agenda can be fou
 nd here. Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you want to contribute or hav
 e any questions. \n\nThis meeting has a limit of in-person attendees\, wi
 th no-limit on virtual participant numbers. Selected invited participants 
 will receive funding to attend the meeting (parts might need to be covered
  via Implementation Study budget\, details can be explained if necessary).
  Details regarding funding and reimbursement will be shared after registra
 tion. Please do not book any travel till after you have been notified.\n\n
 Travel and venue\n\nThe meeting will be hosted at Barcelona Science Parc
  (Parc Científic de Barcelona\, more information will be shared closer 
 in time).\n\nOnce notified of your F2F attendance you will be expected to 
 make your own travel and accommodation arrangements to the venue\, reimbur
 sement information will be shared with invited attendees after their succe
