DESCRIPTION:\n\nWhile genomics and transcriptomics are well established fie
lds\, multi-omics is a developing area with the potential to unite assays
and analyses across the many points of molecular biology’s Central Dogma
. Applying these new\, large scale multi-omics approaches is critical to u
nderstanding novel biological mechanisms and developing new knowledge abou
t complex and intricate biological systems. Harnessing multi-omics data re
quires significant compute power to enable analysis at scale\, and cloud s
ystems can offer that power. \n\nAnnalisa Pawloski and Hatem Nawar from G
oogle Cloud will be disscussing how Cloud systems can be used for multi-
omics analysis. They will lead a detailed exploration of every touch poin
t in analysis from:\n\n\n	automating data from experimental Windows instru
ments into the Cloud\,\n	automating analysis functions within the Cloud\,\
n	using Cloud Functions to report back and interact with scientists\,\n	bu
ilding custom analysis\,\n	importing public data sets.\n\n\nThe webinar is
  free of charge.\n\nProgramme:\n\n\n	\n \n Welcome to the event\n \n
