 ach day\n\nThis course will be delivered through Zoom and Canvas\, which i
 s a learning management system. You can find a link to the course pages be
 low.\n\nNotes:\n\nThe course is highly interactive and hence it is importa
 nt that you\, as a participant\, actively contribute to all sessions and e

 ecoming a trainer/instructor\, or improving your training skills.\n\nPrere
 quisites\n\nEntry requirements\nThis course is directed towards anyone who
  is interested in becoming a trainer/instructor\, or improving your traini
 ng skills. If you have questions like the following ones\, this course may
  be very helpful to you.\n\nHow learning works?\nHow do I use learning pri
 nciples and theories to improve my teaching/training?\nHow do I make my te
 aching/training more engaging and effective?\nHow should I adjust my teach
 ing/training to different types of learners?\nHow do I ensure learning pro
 gress?\nHow can I assess whether my students are actually understanding my
  lessons?\nAre they actually learning?\nWhat is the best balance between t
 heory and practice?\nHow can I best assess whether learning is occurring a
 nd/or has occurred?\nWhat works in a classroom and what doesn’t?\nDue to
  limited space the course can accommodate a maximum of 25 participants. If
  we receive more applications\, participants will be selected based on sel
 ection criteria: Priority will be given to applicants from SciLifeLab infr
 astructures\, institutes and organizations across the Nordic research comm
