DESCRIPTION:The ELIXIR RDM Community meeting will take place from 12:00 CET
  on 4 December\, to 14:00 CET on 6 December 2023. It will include the kick
 -off for the ELIXIR RDM Community Implementation Study\, on the afternoon 
 of 5 December and the morning of 6 December. This meeting is planned as a 
 hybrid meeting\, with the F2F component in Bergen\, Norway. \n\nMeeting c
 ontent\n\nThe meeting will include presentations\, workshops and participa
 nt engagement. An agenda will be shared closer to the event. \n\nAfter ha
 ving finalised the RDM Community white paper and Implementation Study prop
 osal\, this meeting is an opportunity to come together in-person and start
  the joint work and community exchange.\n\nParticipation\n\nThis meeting h
 as a limit of in-person attendees\, with no-limit on virtual participant n
 umbers. A number of selected invited participants will receive funding for
  F2F attendance of the meeting. Additionally\, parts will need to be cover
 ed via (to be allocated) Implementation Study travel budget. Details regar
 ding funding and reimbursement will be shared after registration. Please d
 o not book any travel until after you have been notified. \n\nTravel and 
 venue\n\nOnce notified of your F2F attendance you will be expected to make
  your own travel and accommodation arrangements to the venue. Reimbursemen
 t information will be shared with invited attendees after their successful
  registration.\n\nThe closest airport is BERGEN (BGO)\, while travel by pl
 ane is the fastest option\, there is also the possibility to reach Bergen 
 by train (optional overnight) from Oslo or by ferry from Denmark. \n\nThe
  venue is centrally located in Bergen and easy to reach by tram (~45min\, 
 ~4€)\, bus (~30min\, ~20€) and taxi (~25min\, 80€) from Bergen airpo

 ment rules)\n\nAfter registration\, we will supply you with a booking code
