DESCRIPTION:The ELIXIR Single-Cell Omics 2024 F2F will take place from Mon
 day lunchtime on 16 September to Tuesday lunchtime on 17 September. It w
 ill be a hybrid meeting\, with the F2F component taking place at CSC in E
 spoo\, Finland. \n\nThe meeting will have a strong focus on Community act
 ivities as well as ongoing activities in the Implementation Study (SCONE).
  It will include presentations\, workshop style sessions and participant e
 ngagement. \n\nThere is a limit on in-person attendees\, but no-limit on 
 virtual participant numbers. Selected invited participants will receive fu
 nding to attend the meeting. Details regarding funding and reimbursement w
 ill be shared after registration. Please do not book any travel until afte
 r you hear from us.\n\nThe event agenda can be found here.\n\nTravel and v
 enue\n\nVenue: CSC - IT Center for Science\, Life Science Center\, Keilara

 d get your name tag. Wait at the lobby and Eija will take you for lunch at
  the restaurant next to the lobby. The actual meeting takes place in the m
 eeting room Nuuksio\, in the C building.\n\nTravel: Travelling from the a
 irport takes about 20 minutes by taxi and one hour by public transport. If
  you attend the ECCB conference after the annual meeting\, there is a trai
 n to Turku which takes less than two hours. \n\nOnce notified about your
  attendance by the ELIXIR Hub\, you will need to make your own travel and
  accommodation arrangements to the venue. Reimbursement information will b
 e shared with invited attendees after their successful registration. \n\n
 Recommended accommodation\n\nThe nearest hotel is Radisson Blu Espoo\, whi
 ch is just a five-minute walk from the venue. If you would like to use the
