  will present the newly created Equal Opportunities Strategy for ELIXIR.\
 n\nThe strategy is designed to form part of the Handbook of Operations. I
 t covers recommendations on equal opportunities for the ELIXIR Hub and Nod
 es\, and also ELIXIR’s advisory and governance committees\, trainers\, e
 vents\, tools and services and Communities of Practice. The Equal Opportun
 ity Strategy for ELIXIR outlines the data and metrics that the Hub and Nod
 es are recommended to collect relating to equality and diversity. The stra
 tegy covers the cycle for data collection\, monitoring and feeding this ba
 ck into practice. Finally\, the Equal Opportunities Strategy describes str
 ategies for establishing an ELIXIR Equal Opportunities Toolkit and collabo
 rations with other networks and projects.\n\nELIXIR Webinars usually take 
 place every third Wednesday of the month 15.00 CET and are open for anyone
