DESCRIPTION:Alan Bridge (ELIXIR Switzerland) will present outcomes from the
  Systems Biology Implementation Study which looks at the requirements for 
 a European bioinformatics resource for microbial metabolism. This will inc
 lude a practical demonstration of how existing ELIXIR partner resources (H
 AMAP\, Rhea\, MicroScope and Ensembl) can be integrated with ELIXIR Core D
 ata Resources (UniProt and ChEBI) using RDF and SPARQL to support typical 
 requirements such as the construction of draft genome scale metabolic netw
 orks.\n\nThe webinar will take place on Wendesday 13 June 2018 at 14.00 BS
