 ncompasses a wealth of large-scale proteomics data\, resources and tools t
 hat users from the proteomics community can benefit from.This webinar will
  introduce proteomics data in UniProt and highlight resources that users w
 ith large protein datasets may find useful in analysing their data. This w
 ill encompass our proteomes service and where to find large scale proteomi
 cs-derived data in UniProt.The webinar will then go on to briefly introduc
 e programmatic access to the UniProt Proteins API and will give examples o
 n how to download reference proteomes\, and download large-scale proteomic
 s datasets programmatically.Finally the speakers will take live questions 
 from the audience.Attendees will have access to a Google Colab workbook fo
 llowing the webinar which will provide Python coding examples that they ca
