DESCRIPTION:Protein complexes play a crucial role in driving biological fun
ctions and processes\, making it important to gain insights into proteins
 and their higher-order assemblies.\n\n[Complex Portal](https://www.ebi.ac.
uk/complexportal/home) is a curated resource designed to offer insights in
to proteins and their higher-level complexes. In this webinar we will intr
oduce the portal\, address how we define protein complexes\, demonstrate h
ow to search complexes using accession numbers\, or keywords specific sear
ch\, perform organism-specific searches\, explore examples of complex deta
ils pages including the Complex Viewer and link-outs to related databases.
We will also look at the new ‘star-rating’ given to complexes\, use t
he Complex Navigator to compare orthologous and paralogous complexes and i
ntroduce the predicted human complexes from huMAP3.0 and MuSIC maps.
