DESCRIPTION:In recent years\, spatial transcriptomics technologies have bec
 ome increasingly accessible to researchers with the emergence of a wide ar
 ray of commercially available targeted and untargeted approaches. While th
 ese technologies offer tantalizing opportunities to study extensive gene p
 anels in their spatial context\, the resulting data are often complex\, an
 d answering research questions of interest requires a thorough understandi
 ng of spatial data analysis and the use of dedicated tools. To this end\, 
 this training will present a hands-on introduction to the analysis of targ
 eted spatial transcriptomics data using the SPArrOW/Harpy pipeline develop
 ed by the Yvan Saeys group (VIB).
