  outcomes of the workshop:\n\n\n	Increased social capital across ELIXIR in
  the area of impact evaluation and environmental impact\;\n	Improved skill
 s and knowledge in impact evaluation\, obtained through formal training\, 
 knowledge-exchange\, as well as hands-on practical exercises\, customised 
 to the needs and interest of research infrastructures\; \n	Increased unde
 rstanding of environmental issues of relevance to Nodes and how the carbon
  footprint can be assessed.\n\n\nParticipants are strongly encouraged to f
 amiliarise themselves\, prior to the workshop\, with ELIXIR’s key impact
 -related resources\, which include a Toolkit\, an Annotated bibliography a
 nd a List of indicators.\n\nWorkshop slides will be added to this page aft
 er the event.\n\nThis event has received funding from ELIXIR\, the EU-fund
 ed ELIXIR-STEERS project\, as well as the ELIXIRxNextGenIT project fund
 ed by the Italian government. \n\n
