  Jenny Freeman (University of Leeds)\n\nLevel - Foundation\n\nCPD - 6 hour
s\n\nMultiple linear regression is one of the most commonly used technique
s for analysing quantitative data and allows for the impact of multiple va
riables to be assessed simultaneously for continuous outcome data. The ana
lysis of variance (ANOVA) is a related technique which allows the mean val
ues of several groups to be compared. This course will equip participants
with the skills necessary to undertake both types of analysis in Excel\, u
nderstand and interpret the output\, check the assumptions that underpin e
ach type of model\, assess model fit and present the results coherently.\n
\nTo register for this course please see our website.\n\n \n
