DESCRIPTION:This course will provide you with an introduction to metabolomi
 cs through lectures and hands-on sessions\, using publicly available data\
 , software\, and tools. \n\nYou will become familiar with standardised wo
 rkflows as well as with the current state of experimental design\, data ac
 quisition (LC-MS\, MS imaging)\, data processing and compound annotation\,
  and modelling. \n\nIn addition\, you will learn about community standard
 s and open data practices in metabolomics\, particularly through the use o
 f EMBL-EBI’s [MetaboLights](https://www.ebi.ac.uk/metabolights/) reposi
 tory and Galaxy infrastructure. You will learn through hands-on tutorials 
 how to use the tools available for data analysis and data submission. The 
 course will conclude with the use of case studies to cement the learning y
 ou have gained during the week.\n\nIntroduction to metabolomics analysis 2
