DESCRIPTION:This VLSCI workshop introduces beginners to molecular modelling
  and visualisation techniques using packages such as VMD and NAMD.  The pa
 rticipants will be given practical exercises to visualise molecules as wel
 l as learn how to submit jobs to the VLSCI clusters. It is recommended tha
 t participants attend Introduction to High Performance Computing at VLSCI 
 prior to this workshop. If a participant is not familiar with using the co
 mmand line\, he/she should also attend the Introduction to Unix workshop.\
 nAttendees are requested to bring their laptops with the following program
 s installed before arriving:\nVMD (http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/)\n
 Putty (http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html) - 
 only if they have Windows.
