This workshop introduces the ISO18404 standard for Lean and Six Sigma published on 1st December 2015, & how organisations & individuals should prepare for certification against it. The course discusses the arrangements for the accredited certification of both organisations and practitioners, including Black, Master Black & Green Belts and Lean practitioners, with the first pilot certifications due in autumn 2016.
