 to prevent spreading of the Corona virus\, this training will be offered d
 igitally.\n\n \n\nCreating an environment in which people are motivated t
 o give the best they got\, cannot be done overnight. An open and construct
 ive atmosphere requires a lot of effort\, time and commitment from the gro
 up leaders\, experts and other supervisory personnel. Through the VIB HR s
 trategy we wish to offer the possibilities and the tools to create just th
 at kind of environment.\n\nBesides offering a vast array of scientific pro
 grams and challenges\, it is important that we keep on focusing on the 'hu
 man' aspects in the daily working life of all our collaborators. We should
  have constant attention for training (scientific and non-scientific) and 
 well-being of which open and constructive feedback are vital components.
