 analysis of amplicon sequencing data. It covers the whole workflow from qu
 ality control and filtering to quantification and statistical analysis. Yo
 u will learn how to compare the structure of microbial communities using o
 rdinations and multivariate statistics\, as well as indicator species anal
 ysis. The free and user-friendly Chipster software is used in the exercise
 s\, so no previous knowledge of Unix or R is required.
