DESCRIPTION:This course will introduce participants to a variety of populat
 ion genomics analyses for large next generation sequencing (NGS) datasets.
  It will include discussion on single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) callin
 g and filtering options\, an introduction to population genomics statistic
 s\, examining genetic structure\, and Fst-based analyses such as outlier d
 etection/genomic islands of divergence.\n\nPlaces are restricted to UK-bas
 ed researchers and only 30 places are available so please only register if
  you intend on attending.\n\nThe workshop will be held over two days on Tu
 esday 11th and Thursday 13th March 2025\, 10am-4pm\, with registration ope
 ning 9.30am on Tuesday.\n\nThe deadline to register is Monday 24/2 noon\, 
 2 weeks before the course. You will hear later that week whether you have
