DESCRIPTION:A lot of different analysis and visualisations can be carried o
 ut with community data. This includes taxonomy and functional abundance ta
 bles from 16S rRNA and Shotgun metagenomics analysis. This workshop will i
 ntroduce you to the phyloseq R object\; a specialised object containing an
  abundance\, taxonomy\, and metadata table. You will learn how to import y
 our data into a phyloseq object\, analyse your data and produce bespoke vi
 sualisations in R with the packages qiime2R\, phyloseq\, and microbiome.\n
 \nPlaces are restricted to UK-based researchers and only 30 places are ava
 ilable so please only register if you intend on attending.\n\nThe workshop
  will be held over two days on Tuesday 16th and Thursday 18th of April\, 1
 0am-4pm\, with registration opening 9.30am on Tuesday.\n\nThe deadline to 
 register is Monday 1st April\, 2 weeks before the course. You will hear la
 ter that week whether you have been invited and will need to confirm your
