VSC clusters. At that time there will also be a short PRE-ASSIGNMENT that
has to be completed before the course starts.\n\nOverview\n\nThe focus of
this 2 days course is on shared memory parallelization with OpenMP for du
al-core\, multi-core\, shared memory\, and ccNUMA platforms. This course t
eaches OpenMP starting from a beginners level. Hands-on sessions (in C and
Fortran) will allow users to immediately test and understand the OpenMP d
 irectives\, environment variables\, and library routines. Race-condition d
ebugging tools are also presented.\n\nContent Levels: Beginners = 6:00h (5
 0%) + Intermediate = 4:00h (33%) + Advanced = 2:00h (17%)\n(Please note th
at the content levels refer to the originally planned face-to-face course.
)\n\nThis course is a PRACE training event. It is organized by the VSC Res
earch Center\, TU Wien\, in cooperation with the High-Performance Computin
g-Center Stuttgart (HLRS).\n\nNote\, an additional ONLINE COURSE on Distr
ibuted memory parallelization with the Message Passing Interface (MPI) tak
es place on the following three days (a separate registration is needed).\
 n\nAgenda &amp\; Content (preliminary)\n\nPlease note\, below you find the
agenda for the originally planned face-to-face course.\nFor the online ve
