 simulation\n\nHPC specifics: Large scale parallelization\, use of GPU’s\
 nStorage and strategies for large scale trajectory analysis\n\nLearning Ou
 tcomes: Setup\, execute\, and analyze standard simulations in HPC environm
 ent\n\nPrerequisites: Basic knowledge of structural bioinformatics Basic k
