 araver and Dimemas tools can be used to analyze the performance of paralle
 l applications and to familiarize with the tools usage as well as instrume
 nting applications with Extrae.\n\nLearning Outcomes:\n\nThe students who 
 finish this course will have a basic knowledge on the usage of the BSC per
 formance tools. They will be able to apply the same methodology to their a
 pplications\, identifying potential bottlenecks and getting hints on how t
 o improve the applications performance.\n\nLevel:  INTERMEDIATE - for tra
 inees with some theoretical and practical knowledge. (All courses are desi
 gned for specialists with at least finished 1st cycle degree)\n\n \nThe t
 rainees are expected to come with their own laptop. If you develop applica
 tions you can also bring your code to use it on the hands-on sessions.\n\n
