DESCRIPTION:The course will combine lectures and hands-on exercises to:\n\n
 - Introduce attendees to key practicalities of working with high-performan
 ce computing (HPC) clusters\n- Build first-hand experience in using PerMed
 CoE modelling tools (CellNOpt\, CARNIVAL\, COBREXA\, MaBoSS\, PhysiCell an
 d PhysiBoSS)\n- Develop a practical appreciation of using workflow manager
 s and containerised PerMedCoE modelling tools to execute biomedical workfl
 ows\n\nIt will also include poster sessions where participants can present
  their work and plenty of time for interaction between participants and be
 tween participants and trainers.\n\nThis course will take place at the [H
