DESCRIPTION:The Bioinformatics Team are presently teaching as many courses 
 live online\, with tutors to assist you with instant and personalised feed
 back and to help you to run/execute the scripts which we will be using dur
 ing the course. We continue to monitor advice from the UK government and t
 he University of Cambridge on resuming in-person teaching back in the trai
 ning room.\n\nThis course introduces concepts about reproducibility that c
 an be used when you are programming in R.  We will explore how to create n
 otebooks - a way to integrate your R analyses into reports using Rmarkdown
 .  The course also introduces the concept of version control.  We will lea
 rn how to create a repository on GitHub and how to work together on the sa
 me project collaboratively without creating conflicting versions of files.
