DESCRIPTION:In this workshop\, you will learn how to analyse RNA-seq count 
 data\, using R. This will include reading the data into R\, quality contro
 l and performing differential expression analysis and gene set testing\, w
 ith a focus on the limma-voom analysis workflow. You will learn how to gen
 erate common plots for analysis and visualisation of gene expression data\
 , such as boxplots and heatmaps. This workshop is aimed at biologists inte
 rested in learning how to perform differential expression analysis of RNA-
 seq data when reference genomes are available. Some basic R knowledge is a
 ssumed. If you are not familiar with the R statistical programming languag
 e we strongly encourage you attend our R/Bash workshop or a similar course
  prior to attending.\n\n
