 oduces the concepts of RNA-Seq analysis. This workshop provides hands-on e
 xperience with RNA-Seq data preparation\, statistical testing for differen
 tial gene expression\, identifying novel transcription features and genera
 ting graphical summaries of RNA-Seq data.\nThe workshop will focus on the 
 use of Galaxy\, a platform that provides a simple and user-friendly interf
 ace to bioinformatics tools\, and will also feature an introduction to the
  R environment used widely by bioinformaticians.
