 r project for students who have just started).\n\nEvery two years\, the Re
 treat features a special event where SIB alumni share their career journey
 s after completing a PhD. This event aims to showcase the wide range of op
 portunities available after completing a PhD\, including testimonials on c
 areer transitions and professional redirections.\n\n# Objectives of the ev
 ent\n\n* Gain a broader perspective on the diverse -and sometimes unexpect
 ed- career paths.\n* Learn about the profiles of the institutions and comp
