DESCRIPTION:Recent technological advances have made it possible to obtain g
enome-wide transcriptome data from single cells using high-throughput sequ
encing. This course offers an introduction to single-cell RNA sequencing (
scRNA-seq) analysis. Participants will gain hands-on experience with key s
oftware packages and methodologies for processing\, analyzing\, and interp
reting scRNA-seq data. Key topics include data preprocessing\, quality con
trol\, normalization\, dimensionality reduction\, batch correction and dat
a integration\, cell clustering and differential expression and abundance
analysis. By the end of the course\, students will be equipped with the sk
ills to independently conduct and critically analyse data from scRNA-seq e
xperiments.\n\n\nIf you do not have a University of Cambridge [Raven accou
