DESCRIPTION:This hands-on course introduces single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq)
  data analysis concepts and R packages. It covers the processing of transc
 ript counts from quality control and filtering to dimensional reduction\, 
 clustering\, cell type identification and differential expression analysis
 .PracticalitiesThe course consists of lectures and exercises. Participants
  are requested to view the lecture videos prior to the course and test the
 ir knowledge with a set of questions. This gives you more time to reflect 
 on the concepts so that you can use the classroom time more efficiently fo
 r discussions and exercises. The lecture videos are kindly provided by NBI
 S\, the Swedish Node of ELIXIR (for more information\, please see the sect
 ion "Course materials" here below).Participants are selected from Biocent
 er Finland universities and DPBM based on motivation description in the ap
