DESCRIPTION:This 3-day course teaches participants to **process and interpr
 et single-cell transcriptomic data** using **R-based tools** and common an
 alysis strategies.\n\n\nThe course provides a full walkthrough of the anal
 ysis from read counts to differentially expressed genes and pathway analys
 is for biological interpretation. \n\n*The sessions include the following\
 ;\n· Quality Control and data pre-processing\n· Data integration\n· Clu
 ster analysis\n· Cell annotation\n· Differential expression analysis\n·
  Functional and pathway enrichment analysis*\n\n\nThe course is held onlin
 e and is designed to be undertaken at the delegates own pace\, with 1-1 su
 pport from our team of experts available throughout. \nOur team will also 
 be available to assist with your learning up to two months post-course\, a
 nd all delegates will be invited to join a peer-to-peer support community 
 to enhance their research/analytical work\n\n\nThe course is designed for 
 delegates with basic **experience in R**. If you do not have prior knowled

 st of **£300 for academic delegates\, £500 for delegates from public ins
 titutions (not academic)**. Industry delegates may submit an application a
 nd will be quoted in individual basis.\n\nIf you are a delegate from the U

 submit an application to the bursary together with your registration. Link
