 sing mass spectrometry imaging (MSI)\, a technique that enables direct det
 ection of metabolites\, lipids\, and proteins from tissue surfaces. Desig
 ned for all researchers interested in metabolomics\, the course provides h
 ands-on experience with key tools\, including the Cardinal shiny app (http
 s://cardinalmsi.org/) in R and IsoScope (https://github.com/xxing9703/Isos
 cope).By the end of the training\, participants will be able to process\, 
 visualize\, and analyze spatial (tracer) metabolomics data\, and integrate
  a spatial dimension into (tracer) metabolomics workflows.
