DESCRIPTION:In this webinar\, we will present [a study published in Decemb
 er 2025](https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-025-09875-2)\, where spati
al transcriptomics\, single-cell RNA-seq\, and chromatin accessibility dat
a were combined to build a multi-omic\, spatiotemporal atlas of the develo
ping human reproductive tract. We will highlight how spatial methods (incl
uding in situ sequencing and Visium) were integrated with single-cell data
to refine cell-type definitions\, resolve tissue patterning and different
iation\, and uncover developmental regulators that inform both basic biolo
gy and potential targets for reproductive health applications.  \n\nThis
event is part of a broader webinar series on spatial transcriptomics. For
more information about the series and its webinars\, please visit the fol
