  Metaproteomics Workshop” is a 3-day workshop introducing students to th
 e fundamentals of metaproteomics\, including key technologies and computat
 ional approaches used to study microbial communities. Designed for student
 s interested in microbiology\, proteomics\, bioinformatics\, systems biolo
 gy\, and microbiome research\, the workshop combines theoretical backgroun
 d with practical insights.\nThe first two days will cover an introduction 
 to metaproteomics\, mass spectrometry (MS) technology\, bioinformatics (da
 ta processing\, statistics\, workflows) \, a hands-on tutorial on MPA\, an
 d basic principles of data visualization. On the final day\, students will
  visit a laboratory to experience metaproteomics workflows and technologie
 s in a real research setting.\nBy the end of the workshop\, participants w
 ill have gained a foundational understanding of metaproteomics\, MS-based 
 analysis\, bioinformatics workflows\, and data visualization\, along with
