 hers seeking to enhance their T-cell receptor (TCR) repertoire analysis sk
 ills. The 3-hour workshop will offer an intensive hands-on training on sta
 te-of-the-art TCR repertoire analysis tools. Participants will be guided t
 hrough the TCR interpretation process\, from annotated immunosequencing da
 ta to detailed insights\, including exploratory analysis with TCR_Explore\
 , unsupervised TCR clustering with ClusTCR\, and predicting epitope specif
 icity using TCRex.
