DESCRIPTION:As parallel codes grow ever larger and run on an increasing num
 ber of cores\, naive methods for debugging and profiling cease to be pract
 ical. For large applications it is essential to use tools to aid in debugg
 ing for correctness\, and in profiling for identification of performance h
 otspots.\n\nThis hands-on course covers the use of the portable DDT debugg
 er (Day 1)\, instrumentation with Score-P and performance analysis with Sc
 alasca and Vampir (Days 2&amp\;3). All examples will be run on the ARCHER
