 ential for teaching bioinformatics training courses:\n- Principles of lear
 ning and how they apply to training\n- Innovative training techniques tail
 ored for bioinformatics and computational biology courses including Large 
 Language Models\n- Strategies to motivate Learners and combat demotivation
 \n- How to handle difficult situations in a training course\n\nAdditionall
 y\, the course will address the distinction between training for professio
 nals in the industry and teaching for students\, ensuring that the mention
 ed techniques are relevant to both contexts.\n\nThe course consists of a b
 lend of lectures and hands-on exercises\, allowing participants to learn a
 nd practice these techniques through group discussions and activities. No 
 specific technical background is required\, prior experience in teaching i
 s beneficial.\n\nThis course is strongly influenced by the ELIXIR Train th
