 cal strategies for planning\, facilitating\, and evaluating training. Par
 ticipants will explore how to foster learner engagement\, structure conten
 t for clarity\, and provide meaningful feedback. Rooted in the ELIXIR-GOB
 LET Train-the-Trainer framework\, the course also addresses common challen
 ges in academic teaching environments\, offering real-world examples and p
 eer discussion. While developed for bioinformatics\, the training is broad
 ly applicable across disciplines in higher education.
